Existing free ChartPilot accounts: allowance and reset time

A guide to the retained daily allowance for existing free accounts, with UTC reset examples and a clear distinction from the new-account trial.

Access update — October 23, 2026: New accounts no longer have an ongoing free plan. The current offer requires payment-method setup for a 7-day Premium trial, then renews at $59 USD/month unless canceled before the trial ends; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Existing free accounts keep their daily allowance. Any daily free allowance discussed below applies to those existing accounts. Review the current offer and terms before signing up.

An existing free ChartPilot AI account retains one completed chart analysis per UTC calendar day. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. That is a shared clock boundary, not a promise that another analysis unlocks exactly 24 hours after your last upload.

review current signup options when you have a chart you want to review. Before using the allowance, check the timing and choose one specific question so your first result is something you can evaluate.

What the free daily allowance covers

The current product FAQ and free-plan details describe one completed directional outlook per UTC day. A failed request or unreadable-chart request does not count. A completed analysis does count, including an outlook whose confidence is low. Confidence describes the visible evidence; it is not a probability that a trade will win.

For a readable supported chart, the current report provides BUY or SELL direction, reference entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, and Low, Moderate or High confidence. It also identifies missing confirmation and labels calculated target projections. A directional label does not mean that the chart supports an immediate entry.

For existing free accounts, the daily EURUSD briefing is a separate included feature. Reading it does not use the screenshot-analysis allowance. Your written assessment history is also available in your account, so you can revisit a completed review rather than submit the same image simply to reread its explanation.

How the UTC reset fits your local day

Use UTC as the reference when deciding which daily allowance applies. In Guatemala, which uses UTC−6, 00:00 UTC falls at 18:00 local time on the preceding calendar date. A local morning and late evening can therefore belong to different UTC days.

For example, suppose you complete a review at 17:30 Guatemala time on a fictional Tuesday. That is 23:30 UTC Tuesday. The next reset is at 18:00 Guatemala time, which is 00:00 UTC Wednesday. This example explains the calendar conversion; it does not imply that repeated requests around the boundary are needed or useful.

If you complete a review at 18:30 Guatemala time instead, you are already using the new UTC day. The next reset is the following local evening. In locations with daylight-saving changes, the local equivalent of 00:00 UTC can change seasonally. Check your current offset rather than copying another reader’s local reset hour.

The public offer describes the allowance per UTC day but does not specify every edge case for a request that starts before midnight and completes after it. For that situation, check the allowance shown in your account rather than assuming which date the request will use.

Choose a question before choosing a file

One considered upload can start with a simple observation: “The latest move is approaching the earlier range high; what evidence supports the directional reading?” This gives you a reason to inspect the response. It is more useful than uploading an arbitrary image and accepting whichever label appears.

Prepare a JPG, PNG or WebP image that clearly shows the instrument, timeframe, candles and price scale. Include the earlier structure needed to understand your question. If privacy-sensitive account details are visible, remove them before uploading while preserving the chart labels.

Use the screenshot readiness checklist if you are unsure whether the file contains enough context. This preparation does not consume the daily analysis: it is your own inspection of the saved image before submission.

From existing account to completed review

  1. Sign in to your existing account. The existing-member sign-in page offers Google and email-link options. New visitors follow the separate trial checkout; it does not create an ongoing free allowance.
  2. Open the analyzer. Existing members can use the analyzer entry point. Signed-out visitors are shown the account form in the member flow.
  3. Select your prepared image. Check the file itself, not just its name, and start Analyze chart when it is the image you intend to review.
  4. Allow processing time. The current product guidance says to allow up to four minutes. Once started, you can leave or reload and return to see progress or the saved result.
  5. Read the evidence and limits. Compare the described instrument, structure and reference prices with your source chart before drawing a conclusion.

If the result is incomplete or not what you expected

A low-confidence result is still a completed analysis. Read the missing-confirmation explanation and decide what you need to observe next on your own platform. Repeating an unchanged screenshot does not supply new market evidence, and the free plan is not an unlimited recheck service.

If the request fails or the essential details cannot be read, inspect the account’s current status before trying again. Use a corrected image where needed. If a request is still processing, return to its progress or saved result instead of assuming it failed because you closed the page.

If the displayed allowance seems inconsistent after a failure, keep the request time and visible error text for support. Do not share passwords, card information or private chart-account details. An unexpected state needs investigation; creating extra accounts is not a solution to the allowance rules.

Make the first review a useful record

Write down the question you started with, one observation the explanation supported, and one uncertainty you still need to check. Keep reference prices separate from current executable prices: the uploaded screenshot is not a live feed, and ChartPilot does not execute trades.

review current signup options with one clear chart and a question you can verify. Existing free accounts retain their access under the current product FAQ. New-account trial subscriptions follow the billing terms described in the access update above.
