Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026. This policy describes the standalone ChartPilot AI service.

What we collect

We use your verified email address and account identifier to provide your account, enforce usage limits, and associate a paid subscription. We save your completed assessments and their timestamps, subscription status, and limited technical usage information.

Your chart images

When you request analysis, your image is sent to OpenAI for processing. We set API response storage to false and do not save the image in our application database. Provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply under OpenAI’s policies. Remove private information such as account balances, names, and account numbers before uploading.

Services that process information

Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides account authentication and the database. OpenAI processes the chart. Whop processes payments and subscription information. If you use a social sign-in provider, it supplies the identity information needed to create your account. We do not receive your full card number or payment credentials.

Cookies and storage

We use essential authentication cookies and local session storage to keep you signed in. Embedded checkout may use storage required by Whop and its payment partners. We do not include advertising tracking.

Retention and control

Assessments remain available in your account until removed as part of account deletion or service maintenance. Payment providers may retain transaction records as required by their rules or law. You can sign out at any time, and cancel Premium renewal through your Whop account.

Privacy requests

For account access, correction, or deletion requests, use the seller support channel attached to your ChartPilot AI purchase in Whop. Free users may contact verifysupernova@gmail.com. We may verify account ownership before processing a request.
