Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026. These terms apply to the standalone ChartPilot AI website.

What the service provides

ChartPilot AI offers automated educational assessments of uploaded US30, Forex, BTC, and Gold chart images. It does not provide live quotes, place trades, manage funds, or evaluate whether a trade is suitable for your circumstances. BUY, SELL, and WAIT are labels for screenshot-based pattern assessments, not instructions to transact.

Account and free usage

Use a valid email or supported social identity. Keep your account secure and do not share it to bypass limits. Free accounts receive one completed assessment per UTC calendar day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. WAIT results count as completed assessments. Technical failures do not consume the allowance.

Premium subscription

Premium costs $59 USD per month and renews automatically through Whop until canceled. Taxes, when applicable, are shown at checkout. Premium includes unlimited manual chart analysis, with one request processing at a time and reasonable safeguards against automation or abuse. There is no daily analysis allowance for active Premium accounts.

Cancellation and billing support

Cancel future renewal from your Whop account before the next charge. Access remains until the end of the current paid period unless payment is reversed or access is revoked for abuse. Refund requests and billing disputes should be submitted through Whop. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Limitations and risk

AI can make errors. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Verify any quoted prices and levels independently. No performance, return, accuracy, or profitability is promised. You remain responsible for trading decisions and any resulting losses.

Acceptable use

Upload only images you are entitled to use. Do not upload sensitive personal information, attempt to extract credentials, manipulate subscription status, automate abusive requests, or create multiple accounts to evade usage limits. Service access may be restricted for misuse or security incidents.
